Jog Scotland & Stonehaven Running Club are collaborating to promote a 9 week COUCH TO 5K programme starting on Monday 14TH April.Join our team on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday evening each week at 18.30 for 9 weeks where our enthusiastic running Coaches & Leaders will encourage and help you through the 9 week programme.
The Couch to 5K is for everyone and starts of at a gentle pace during the early weeks with a mixture of walking and slow jogging. The programme gradually progresses each week to build your stamina, strength and aerobic capacity to be able to complete the target 5k.
All we ask is that you register with Jog Scotland (its free) and join Stonehaven Running Club for only £20.00. This will provide you with access to both Jog Scotland and Stonehaven Running Club sessions for all of 2025. Once you have completed the 9 week programme you can progress to participate in the Jog Scotland & Stonehaven Running Club sessions, at no extra cost, held on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evening.
