We will begin with a sharing circle, activate your Rose Quartz and Orange Carnelian Crystals, enjoy a Chakra Clearing warm-up. Then learn fun easy to follow tribal inspired dances. Ending with a Yoga cool down, guided Mediation & Oracle card pull.

Tracy Sadler Machalek is a movement healing artist, using tools of yoga, dance & art to share the joy of creative expression. She has a B.F.A. in Dance from the University of Texas at Austin and has been performing and teaching dance for over 30 years. Her greatest wish is to create a fun, warm, loving environment for students of all ages and all levels to feel confident in their bodies, tapping into playfulness, nourishing self-care and the joy of the present moment.
