Silky is a triple threat: comedian, musician, improviser. No two shows are the same, but they’re all joyful.

We've sold out the last few months so please make sure you're booking/reserving in advance. If you're coming in groups of four or more it's helpful if you can book together or let us know your total group size so that we can allocate seating.
Cottingham Comedy Club, winner of Yorkshire's Best Independent Comedy Club 2023 and the village’s only comedy venue, provides an unique comedy experience in many ways. This intimate club gets you up close and personal with the acts, many of whom are breaking through into TV, or are established acts from the UK and international comedy circuit. The Back Room is a welcoming venue and we have a dedicated room for the comedy, with regular breaks between the acts for you to lubricate your throats with laughter juice. With four acts and a compere it’s great value for money at less than £2.50 per comedian. We think it’s the most fun you can have with friends on a midweek night out.
