This is a warm and nurturing space designed to help you explore your boundaries and deepen your connection with yourself and others. We’ll practice tuning into embodied YES and NO responses and cultivate authentic communication. With an emphasis on nervous system regulation, boundaries, and consent, the workshop offers a gentle pace, encouraging you to check in with your inner wisdom. Touch is entirely optional and will always come from a nurturing, heart-centered space. Venue
The Geodome has a log burner and is a warm, cosy space even in winter. It has a range of cushions to sit on. There are composting toilets near the geodome (there are a few steps up to the toilet).
There is a free car park and street parking.
