Bring with you a cosy yoga kit bag, mats are provided but if you prefer your own for hygiene purposes bring two - more instructions on the booking page
Option to coordinate your loose clothing colour for enhanced bonding and mobile photo opportunities as Stardust has modelling experience and can spend a short time creating some extra special mementos for you to keep on request
Avoid eating a meal two hours before the arrival to create space in the stomach for deep breathing practices and aid rest and comfort

Early arrival is requested approximately 15 minutes before the start to settle in and create a quiet vibe.
The event is two hours and includes non alcoholic drinks. The last half hour is for anyone wishing to stay and chat, take photos or enjoy some free refreshments.

Stardust is a highly experienced wellbeing teacher working with people with medically controlled conditions and pregnant (can attend from 14 weeks) and postnatal women and is happy to answer any questions via email in advance-
