Helping stressed-out souls reconnect, recharge, and feel the good vibes because let’s face it we are all in need of a little reset these days! Her sessions are like a cosmic spa day for your mind, body, and spirit. 🌙

You will be laying on yoga mats so please consider this when booking and if this is suitable for you Although you are welcome to sit against a wall if this is comfier. Instruments used are crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments all devised to aid in well-being.
