Join us at the historic Cross Barn, Odiham, for a cosy candlelit sound bath as we gently transition from the brightness of summer into the stillness of autumn.Held in the serene setting of a 16th-century barn, this deeply relaxing session will immerse you in the soothing tones of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, offering a space to slow down, release, and reconnect with yourself.
As the light begins to soften and the pace of the year shifts, take this moment to pause, reflect, and ground yourself in the calming energy of the changing season.

Arrival:
The barn doors will open at 7:45pm, and you are welcome to arrive anytime between 7:45pm and 7:55pm to settle into your space. The session will start promptly at 8:00pm, and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, latecomers will not be able to enter. Thank you for your understanding.
What to bring:
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie/sit on
- A pillow
- Blanket(s)
- Drinking water
- Optional: an eye mask and an extra cushion/pillow for under your legs
- A journal if you’d like to write down thoughts before or after the session
Anything else you need to stay cosy, comfortable and warm
Parking:
The Cross Barn is located in a residential area. Please park in the designated Cross Barn visitor parking, which is free, clearly signposted, and off-road.
Please Note:
While sound meditation is generally considered a safe practice, it may not be suitable for everyone.
