Join DBI with a Costume Promenade through downtown Bedford.The line forms at the DBI office, 124 South Juliana Street and the promenade begins at 10am.
We will visit and gather candy at many of the businesses along Juliana and Pitt Streets.
Participation is for kids 12 & under, and they must be accompanied by an adult.
