Once upon a time, in a mysterious land of creativity and fun, children were welcomed from near and far to create the costume art of their dreams...This workshop is great for kids who love to dress up! Using a wide array of salvaged materials, children are encouraged to make their own wearable art piece for a costume. They can make helmets, belts, armour, crowns, skirts, masks, you name it... By stapling, gluing, and threading together items, kids will be encouraged to think outside the box in terms of what a costume can be made from.
So if you have a budding Queen, dragon, or Knight in your midst - bring them along!
Suitable for kids and teens of all ages - however children younger than 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
This workshop will be held on Tuesday, the 2nd of July from 10:30- 12:00am, at our workshop space (7 Burke St Woolloongabba). Book on the events tab of our website.
