We start days with a yoga class focused on a particular topic that will create a cohesive program over the whole retreat incorporating pranayama to align your breath and energy.
After breakfast we will dive deep into human connection with authentic relating and circling workshops fostering meaningful interactions - this is not only an antidote for anxiety or loneliness but an incredible opportunity to expand our understanding of how human beings can be with each other and relate.
The midday is yours! You can choose to relax in the spa swim and enjoy the sun on the beach explore the jungle on an exciting trip or participate in artisan workshops. Adventurous activities such as mangrove kayaking and canopy zip-lining are also available.
In the afternoons we unwind in a restorative sound ceremony and bathe in the healing frequencies to access healing on the deepest levels.
After a nourishing dinner we gather for Cacao & The Wisdom of the Heart Circle a space for heartfelt sharing and connection.
The whole experience is led by myself Sonia Axis an experienced multimodality facilitator.
My journey began three decades ago with meditation and embarking on a spiritual journey enhanced with deep studies of human mind and psyche few years ago also expanded to human body.
This retreat features over two decades of Sonia’s expertise in breath-work Yoga sound healing energy healing therapy voice coaching life coaching and authentic relating.
