The Michigan Cosplay & Photography Group is excited to host monthly Cosplay Workshops at the Sterling Heights Library.Whether you're interested in trying cosplay for the first time or just looking to connect to the community in person, this cosplay workshop is a great space to learn all about the craft, meet new people, and work on your own projects. Registration is recommended but not required.
THIS SESSION:
All the hairy facts about character hair including everything you need to know about wigs, including how to style and care of them!
Every session we'll vote for what we want to focus on next month. Topics can be anything, including but not limited to:
-Makeup/special effects
-Posing/Photography tips
-Wig styling
-Prop making
-Elevating costumes/Designing original costumes
-Travel/Packing costumes
-Sewing 101
This group is open to costume makers of all fandoms, styles and skill levels, ages 13 and up!
