Are you ready to bring your favorite characters to life? Registration is now open for our Teens & Tweens Cosplay Class ( Recommended Ages 12–16)! Whether you're preparing for a big event, or just want to build an epic costume from scratch, this is the space for you.Over 8 weeks, we’ll dive into:
Garment Construction: Mastering sewing machines and overlockers.
Character Design: Learning how to interpret 2D designs into wearable art.
Technical Skills: Pattern hacking, working with specialty fabrics, and creative problem-solving.
Cosplay is the ultimate "STEM" hobby—blending geometry, engineering, and artistry. It’s a great way to meet fellow makers, build confidence, and learn the skills to create anything you can imagine!
Beyond the sewing machine, cosplay teaches invaluable life skills: persistence through complex builds, spatial reasoning, and technical math. Students also become part of the Stitch Kitchen community, with opportunities to showcase their work and join local activities throughout the year.
Students will have access to our fabrics fasteners and more throughout the course, making this one of the best value Cosplay Opportunities around. Given the popularity of our youth programs, we recommend booking early.
