Join us for Cosmos Sunday Morning Ascend Ride —a 45-minute outdoor spin class on stationary bikes, set right on the basketball courts at Haynes Community Park in Rio Rancho.
This rhythm-based ride brings indoor cycling outside, syncing high-energy music with choreographed movement on the bike. You’ll climb, sprint, tap it back, and move to the beat for a full-body experience—all while balloons float across the sky.
