You are warmly invited to the first of our New Years events on 19th January. By attending and relaxing to the sounds of our instruments your body and mind will have the opportunity to recharge and retune itself after the busy Christmas period. We will play our Gongs, Handpans, Singing Bowls, Temple Blocks, Chakra Chimes, Ocean Drums and more to help ease tired bodies and minds with an intention to bring you back to complete centre. The sounds and vibrations produced by our instruments may help towards reducing anxiety and stress, while increasing focus and clarity, improvement of sleep patterns, boost energy levels and assist in bringing about an overall state of inner balance and harmony.
The sound session will be running for approx. 1¼ hours and there will be the option for you to have a cuppa afterwards to help ground yourself and anchor you back on planet earth.

2pm start (doors will be locked at 2pm to avoid disturbances of any late arrivals so please arrive at least 10mins early to settle in otherwise you won't get in!) 3:15pm-ish finish
This clean, warm and well-maintained venue has a wooden floor so please bring something comfortable to lie on such as a camping mat or a thick yoga mat (chairs also available for those who prefer to sit). We also suggest you bring a blanket or shawl to help keep yourself comfortable, an eye mask is also a good idea, as well as anything else to help ensure that you will be as comfortable as possible (cushions / pillow etc.)
PLEASE NOTE: this vibrational therapy is not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy and is also contraindicated for those with epilepsy, metal implants, tinnitus, heart conditions or severe mental health issues.
