Journey to stars, planets and galaxies you've never seen before and meet new cosmic guides during this sound bath meditation! We will be using lights that bring in the ambiance and visualizations of intergalactic travel while guiding you to new places energetically and mentally. With this, it needs to be dusk or dark outside for the full effect of the lights.
Please bring a mat or blanket to lay on and a pillow (or whatever you're comfortable with) We do have some pillows here or you can sit in a chair if you're more comfortable.
