This circle is meant to inspire your inner radiance through the creation of sacred sound through the lens and wisdom of the chakra system.
In this workshop we will:
- Move- listening to your body and moving in a way that feels easeful and rejuvenating
- Breathe- connecting to your life force energy with gratitude
- Tune in- singing and creating sound, feeling the joy of your own beautiful voice
- Align- resonating with the energy of the chakras
- Rest- absorbing the benefits of your practice in sweet repose
This workshop is for:
- Everybody that is called to connect in this way
- Those that want to strengthen their relationship with their voice
- Those that want to create more resonance and beauty in their voice

About the instructor:
Hi! I'm Dana. I've been teaching yoga for almost 20 years! I have had the beautiful
privilege of learning from many amazing teachers and have studied in a variety of
different modalities.
I have been teaching yoga to kids full time for the last three years at an amazing charter
school in Ohio City. I am currently deepening my education in the field of Yoga therapy
with a focus on kids!
I lead moon circles and workshops to support in reconnecting to our inner radiance.
Through movement, mantra and meditation we practice embodying our whole selves with
compassion and wonder.
I am an artist. I create music and share the gift of song with the world.
I am a mama of two beautiful humans who continuously inspire me and fill me with joy.
I am a partner to a creative, talented and amazing man.
