About this Event
Friday, September 12, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Immerse yourself in the celestial vibrations of three large titanium and bronze gongs, the grounding tones of the didgeridoo, and the soothing melodies of the handpan, flutes, vocals and more. This transformative soundscape, complemented by Himalayan singing bowls and rhythmic drums, guides participants into a mindful state where they can connect with the vastness of the cosmos. A guided meditation will lead you to explore your place in the universe, helping you release tension and anxiety throughout this journey while awakening a deep sense of universal connection and inner clarity.
Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on (pillow if you need one.) Chairs are available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
