Cosmic Circle for Women
A womens's circle to get in touch with our menstrual cycle
Most of us grow up with a narrative that teaches us that our period is inconvenient, painful, depressing, an overall burden. I believe that if we change the narrative, we change the world for women.
This circle is for women who want to connect more to their menstrual cycle & womb or for women who struggle with hormonal challenges and want to find comfort and support from other women who will understand their struggle. If you're comfortable you can share your story. We will listen and be there for you.
Included in each circle:
- practices to connect to our period/menstrual cycle
- herbal tea for every phase of the moon cycle to drink
- chocolate to snack on :)
- open sharing/conversation
What to expect
We'll drink herbal tea based on the phase of the menstrual cycle you're in (we'll figure out together), we will do some journaling practices and meditations. Please bring a journal and wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. There will be chocolate to snack on.
About the facilitator
Kim is the founder of a functional chocolate brand (Cosmic Club) which was born out of a PCOS diagnosis. While living with PCOS and endometriosis she realized that to change the future of women, we have to change the narrative around our menstrual cycle and health.
It can feel very lonely to struggle with things that society tells you are 'normal' like hormonal disbalance, painful periods or even missing periods. And this is why Kim wants to bring women together. We need to talk openly with each other so we can stand up for ourselves. There is power in coming together and Kim believes that community is essential. Passionate to bring change she spends her time learning and transmuting knowledge into poetic practices and content.
