This walk starts and ends at the local pub, so we will treat ourselves! The walk includes a canal trail, a strange tunnel and open fields.� ABOUT THE WALK �
Starting at the local pub, we’ll kick off by passing through a quirky tunnel before strolling along the peaceful canal. The views are stunning, and with a bit of luck, we’ll spot a heron or two along the way! � We’ll cross a few beautiful old bridges, wave to the cows on the other side of the canal �, and then leave the waterway to explore the open fields.
There are a few stiles on this walk, so if you’ve got a large dog, you might want to give them a rest at home this time! �
The Barley Mow does not open on a Monday, but if we fancy it, we can nip to the Navigation Pub after the walk.

Please arrive by 6.15 pm we will set off at 6.30 pm sharp. If this is your first AG walk, then please arrive nice and early and seek out the walk leader who will be wearing a red "walk leader" pin badge. They will give you a new walkers briefing and explain how it all works.

� RULES TO KEEP YOU SAFE :
-We walk in all weathers, however, if we have a weather warning then the event may be cancelled. Keep an eye on your emails and the Facebook event page for notifications of any cancellations.
-We will only ever walk in groups of 15 or less. If we have more than 15, we will usually have two walk leaders and walk in opposite directions.
-We supply free sweets at the halfway stage.
