Join us for an unforgettable evening at Carlisle as we host our Cos d’Estournel Wine Dinner on Tuesday, November 18, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Enjoy a multi-course meal prepared by Chef Daniel Liedle, thoughtfully crafted to pair with select vintages of Cos d’Estournel and Pagodes de Cos.
The evening will feature dishes such as Penn Cove Washington oysters with beet, fennel, and goat cheese, Montana gnocchi with SporeAttic mushrooms and Montana Pecorino, and Blue Creek marbled Wagyu tenderloin with parsnip purée and demi-glace, finishing with a poached Washington pear tart.
