Our Cos & Photo Meet 9.0 is gonna be collaborating with B. Lucky & Sons in Fortitude Valley!!
Our theme for this one is gonna be obviously ------"GAMES"
Everything related to games no matter it is online game, arcade, PlayStation, Nintendo....... etc all are welcome!!
And also, what surrounded the location are plenty of great spots for photos and contents!!
We'd love to see everyone meeting some new friends and having fun in this amazing arcade place!!

***** Entry: $25 per person *****
(A $5 deposit need to be paid to complete your registration and the rest will need to be paid at B. Lucky & Sons counter on the day either card or cash)
This includes :
- UNLIMITED activity games for the duration of the event (Ticket play, redemption and photobooth play cards available for PURCHASE)
- Soft drink and water for the duration of the event
- Snack food during the event

Event rules/guideline to follow:
✅PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION POST BEFORE November 20th. After submitting your post, please wait for its approval and if you can't find your post in post section in 3 days, please send messages us through Instagram (@p_club_pics666 ) to assist with the issue.
✅ If you register and are unable to come, PLEASE MUST privately message us ( INSTA : @p_club_pics666 ) so we can allow others to register to come.
We will keep updating with spots availability through Instagram and Facebook stories please make sure to follow them.
✅ A card and a ticket will be provided on the day after completing your payment and please keep them well or once you leave won't be able to get in during the hours.
[IMPORTANT] People who complete their registration post but no show without any fair reason will be add into penalty list of our future events!!
***** ATTENTION *****
❌ Submitting a registration post after the deadline will have to take your own risk not being accepted.
❌ Disrespectful actions will be asked to leave with no refunds.
❌ Cosplay is not consent!! MUST ask for permission before you take photos of someone either in cosplay or not.
Please remember the registration post is very important for us to know who you are and shows other attendees who you are as well.

As a host, I’d like to remind you all again this is a chill and relaxing event for everyone.
We prepared as much as we can to make this a comfortable one for everyone.
Please play your A game to maintain the environment clean and tidy.
The main purpose of the event is to provide cosplayers, photographers a platform to have more chances to interact with and meet new people!
☀️ BE friendly, polite and respect all people at the event is a must.
We would like everyone to enjoy in a safe and friendly environment.
