Participants in La Casita's "Art as Mindfulness" adult workshops will share their personal journeys with the creative process, reflecting on art as a path to healing, resilience, and community connection, and the culmination of their work in a public art exhibit. This special evening will invite the audience into dialogue with the creators.

The Corpórea exhibition program is part of the 2025–26 Syracuse Symposium on Creativity presented by the Syracuse University Humanities Center, with generous support from the Pan African Community of Central New York (PACCNY), the Program on Latin America and the Caribbean (PLACA), and the Latino-Latin American Studies Program at Syracuse University.
