Kaleidoscope Vocal Ensemble collaborates with the Cornell University Chorus for "The Shape of Love," a concert showcasing a diverse array of vocal and choral repertoire from the 17th Century to the present. Known for their radical commitment to racial and ethnic diversity and their excellence in both early music and contemporary works, Kaleidoscope will present works by Margaret Bonds, Ily Mathew Maniano, Claudio Monteverdi, Henry Purcell, Byunghee Oh, Salamone Rossi, and more, and will collaborate with the Cornell Chorus on works by Tawnie Olson, Caroline Shaw, Reena Esmail, and Jonathan Woody among others, led by conductor Arianne Abela. The concert is free and open to the public.
