Join us as we ruck through Cornelius Road Park! We'll meet in the parking lot near the entrance for at least a 5K ruck.This is a FREE event. Be sure to bring water and comfortable shoes.
A 5K ruck through the park should take about an hour. If we go further, obviously it will take longer.
