Chief Moore is the author of "Challenge Your Leadership" and "The 9L’s: Keys to High Performance Culture". As the founder of Firehouse Vigilance and its "Never Ending Fight Against Complacency", he has cultivated a movement dedicated to improving fire service leadership and performance.
He created the Vigilant Creed, which boasts members across all 50 states and seven countries. Chief Moore also hosts The Weekly Scrap podcast, featuring influential fire service leaders discussing strategies to enhance the culture of the modern fire service.
With over 25 years of experience, Corley Moore currently serves as a Battalion Chief for the Moore Fire Department, where he leads Green Shift – a crew he proudly describes as "a motley collection of badasses that make him look good every day."
