Dirk developed the Core Strokes™ approach—a synthesis of deep bodywork, character analysis, and energy work—which he now teaches internationally.
Core Strokes™ invites you on a vibrant and fulfilling journey to awaken the full vitality and joy of your life force. During this 3-day workshop, you’ll engage in a rich blend of experiential practices and a solid theoretical framework—designed to ignite personal transformation and deepen self-awareness.
The Core Strokes™ process emphasizes three transformative stages:
1. Let Be – Cultivate acceptance of your current emotional and physical state without
judgment.
2. Let Go – Release old emotional patterns and body tensions that no longer serve you.
3. Let In – Invite new energy, insights, and meaning into your life, allowing you to reconnect with your deeper life force.

Friday 10:00-19:00,
Saturday 9:30-13:30 & 15:00-19:00,
Sunday 9:30-13 & 14:00-17:00
Location: POHLED Pracoviště, Letohradská 16, Prague 7
Cost: CZK 8.500 / EUR 340
Program: Non-residential. Lunch breaks will be given, allowing participants to explore local dining options or bring their own lunch.
Budget accommodation in Prague will be offered at Slunná 27, Therapy center (few tram stops from the venue, good connection from Václav Havel airport Prague).
This workshop also serves as an introduction to the Core Strokes™ professional training program, to be held in Prague in 2026 and 2027.
