Having a strong core leads to better balance, steadiness, stability, and improved posture, while lowering your risk of falls.Here's the best part.........you do NOT need equipment or a gym to strengthen your core muscles. They can help, sure; but, they are not necessary. In this class, we will focus on strengthening your core without machines or equipment, outside of resistance bands, stretch straps, and/or a balance ball.
This class is perfect for people who are just starting on their health and fitness journey, those who have been working out, but still need to build their core (not all fitness is the same), or those who are recovering from injury.
