Core Rhythm – mediation in motion - Kelowna
Imagine being in a dimly lit room with eyes closed while Maggie guides the group into an 11-layer inner music journey. Each layer addresses the 5 Kosha's of Yoga for body wellness. This will recalibrate the body and mind to find inner equilibrium. Core Rhythm is a freestyle movement that allows the body to move you rather than you move your body.
