What will be covered in this class:
1.Hip-hop dance(easy to follow along, ~7 minutes)
2.High Plank Ball passing(group game CrossFit)
3. Ball toss Core strengthening(group fitness)
4.Crocodile climbing( teamwork exercise game)
5.Plank challenge game(3 teammates fun activity game)
6.Side body stretch(Partner cardio)
7. High plank (partner core workout; ”looking for a friend” fun core muscle building)
8. Dead bug with a Resistance Band(partner core Core Exercise)
9. Self-introduction 3 Things I Am Grateful(social chatting, getting to know each other a little bit, making friends)
You need to bring:
1. Grip socks above the ankles, ballet shoes, or your regular socks above the ankles.
2. A bottle of water for yourself(no glass on the ballet dance floor)
Note:
-This class is Males&Females both are welcome!
-This class is for all levels.
-Mask is not required.
-We have Stretch Classes every Sunday,10 am-12 noon.
