This class focuses on building deep core stability, pelvic floor coordination, and full-body alignment to support strength, balance, and mobility.
Through guided movement and targeted exercises, we’ll explore how the core and pelvic floor work together to stabilize the spine, support posture, and enhance everyday function.
Expect a combination of intentional breathwork, alignment-based strength, and gentle mobility work that centers the body from the inside out.
This class is ideal for all bodies and levels, and especially supportive for those navigating postpartum recovery, pelvic tension, low back pain, or core instability.
Please bring yoga mat and water.
Allison is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and certified Pilates teacher with
over 25 years of experience in belly dance. Blending mindful movement, anatomy, and artistry, they guide women in reconnecting with their bodies through core and pelvic floor awareness. Allison’s classes weave clinical pelvic health expertise with creative, empowering movement to help women build strength, confidence, and ease from the inside out.
