In 2026, Intermediate will be learning a new, advanced drum solo; tackling floor work (or variations on floor work); and adding speed to elegance and grace! To that end, we'll be working on deep core drills and conditioning to get those flutters, sharp stomach and hip pops, and luscious undulations!
This class includes some core conditioning as well as focused, intense repetition of key moves.
Bring water and a yoga mat.
