You’ll start with a fun, energizing Pilates mat class led by a certified BODYBAR instructor. No experience needed — just bring yourself, a mat, and be ready to move.
After class, refuel with a protein shake on us from ChopShop and enjoy time to connect with other wellness-minded locals.
