Following the workout we will jump into a guided cold plunge session in the pool, led by wellness experts from MINDZERO Mount Pleasant, designed to energize your body, sharpen your mind, and boost your resilience.
After your icy dip, warm up by the fire with our cozy hot chocolate bar and indulge in locally made protein ice cream, by Whole Bite Protein Ice Cream. Enjoy tasty mocktails and engage with Booze Free Babes. Fuel your body with delicious options from the taco bar, offering a mix of flavors to satisfy your cravings.
