About this Event
Join us for a rejuvenating womens only session of Yin Yoga at the Center of Om! This private community event is hosted by Sober Curious CNY, a group of like minded individuals offering support in exploring, and changing your relationship with alcohol. Inclusive to all at any stage of change with alcohol from taking a break, moderation, life change (motherhood), to long time sobriety.
Explore wellness with a supportive group that engages you in opportunities to reflect on patterns of thought that do not serve you, those that hold you back in general, and those that prevent you from restorative wellness. Mindful, moderate, and sober, we support your self defined path to wellness.
Absoutely no experience needed! Step outside your comfort zone and have fun with this welcoming group of women focosed on health and wellness!
