About this Event
Overview
Maintaining Memory Skills Class(MMSC) is a small-group, early-stage cognitive health program for individuals experiencing mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or early memory changes.
As more people are being diagnosed earlier, MMS provides a proactive, supportive space to learn practical strategies, strengthen cognitive skills, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Each weekly session includes guided discussion, brain-stimulating activities, and tools to help participants manage everyday memory changes with confidence and dignity.
MMS is designed to support independence, reduce isolation, and serve as an entry point into A Gift of Time’s broader continuum of education, respite, and family support services.
🍴Sessions are held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Participants are encouraged to bring a sack lunch to stay till 1:00 to eat, play games, and visit afterward; beverages will be provided.
