About this Event
Bellyfit is the worlds only holistic fitness class that offers such a mix of movement and meditation making this more than your average fitness class. It has 7 elements that flow seamlessly together offering you a fun yet effective workout for your body and mind.
Join me at this new evening class as we build up a tribe of amazing women and build up our confidence in a safe and nurturing environment. Anyone can do a bellyfit class, so please do come along and give it a try.
For class you need trainers, comfy clothes, water and a mat for stretching although there are a few spare at the studio that you can use if needed.
I always aim to offer you a new experience so we change the routine every 3 weeks keeping it fresh and vibrant.
