This unique networking event is to raise awareness of issues surrounding disability inclusion in Dundee, and to find out how to make Dundee a Destination.

We are hosting 4 events across 2024, all at V&A, to gain insight from the public. The aim is to inform businesses and individuals of support services within Dundee to help make Dundee a more inclusive place to live. We wish to inspire positive change in Dundee for those who live with a disability while living, working, visiting and studying in Dundee.

At each event, there will be key not speakers, including individuals with lived experience, as well as creative and fun activities to stimulate thoughts and ideas. This networking event is sure to be unlike any other you have attended before!

1st of May - Awareness of Inclusion: what helps and hinders

26th of June - Living and Socialising: accessibility for all

5th of September - Working and Learning: opportunities for all

13th of November - Traveling and Visiting: experiences for all

This event is for 13th of November - Travelling and Visting: Experiences for all.

The event will encompass information from key note speakers including individuals with lived experiences, business who are combating barriers and interactive activities to explore the themes and give attendees opportunities to share their experiences and hopes. Speakers will be confirmed.

We are also collecting data from online surveys. Details of which will be given out at the event, where you can stand a chance to win £100 Dundee Love Local voucher at the end of 2024.
