About this Event
Join The Critters on September 15th and have a recent work of yours given critical feedback by your artist peers AND Maclin Bilski! Each artist is given 15-20 minutes in front of the whole group and the guest from 3pm to 5:30pm, with time after to chat amongst just peers.
Noah Zirpoli is a ceramics artist with his graduate degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art. His work is process based with plenty of repitition and refinement. He explores a form to extreme lengths for a completely rounded understanding of ceramics as his medium. The message of his work is in the physical manifestation of clay and the devotion to long-term experimentation. He is a passionate artist, experienced in multiple disciplines and shares his passion through education as he is helps teach at 2 seperate insitutions in the Southeast area of Michigan. Zirpoli is originally from Cincinnati, OH but currently works out of his studio in Detroit, MI, making him the first out of state guest artist to grace The Critters!
Buy an easel spot ticket if you want to bring your work to be discussed (limit 8).
Buy a critiquer spot ticket if you just want to contribute to the critique (limit 8). Bring artwork with you just in case! We may have time for you still at the end.
