Talking Therapy - Career Direction (1-to-1 session)
Welcome to our in-person event where you can have a 1-to-1 session to discuss your career direction. Feeling lost or unsure about your next steps? Our experienced therapists are here to listen, provide guidance, and help you navigate through your career choices. Whether you're a recent graduate, contemplating a career change, or simply seeking clarity, this session is tailored to your needs. Join us for a personalized and confidential conversation that can set you on the path to a fulfilling career.
Career Direction, it's either you know you need it, or you don't. And even then, people may take a long time before deciding to see a career counsellor.
Career Counsellor, is the right term for it, but it requires a cert, and the angle I'm coming in is slightly different.
My expected target audience is mid- Career switcher, because then they would have some job experience, and know what they like or don't like about their previous job or job environment.
For the youths, I'm more useful as a guide, as a fellow seeker.
I can try to do career guidance too, but one, the school already has ECG counsellors, and two, I don't know how accurate the results would be.
I don't really know how much I can do for you, so at this grand opening/ starting phase, it's all pro bono (free) services. (Ang Bao accepted, if you find it useful.)
One key thing, as a counsellor, we can't interfere with your free will.
