About this Event
An anxiety and depression support group allows people to express their feelings and provides a forum for discussion in a safe and confidential environment.
Groups are guided by trained volunteer facilitators who assist in directing discussions and can offer insight and understanding in regard to issues raised.
Support groups offer friendship and encouragement.
LOCATION
East Coburg Neighbourhood House
32 Nicholson Street, Coburg, Vic 3058
TIME
The Support Group meetings are held every Monday evening from 7.30pm - 9.00pm except for public holidays.
COVID-19 SAFE GUIDE
- Masks optional
- Hand sanitiser is available
- Participants urged to stay home if feeling unwell or symptomatic
COST
$6.00 per meeting.
