About this Event
This meditative experience of drum journeying has been handed down to us through the centuries from the ancestors of our land. In the past the wisdom of our elders was difficult to access, however Cesar has had many spiritual encounters through use of the medicine wheel, pilgrimages, vision quest and specially Sundance which now allows him to access that wisdom and use it in ceremonies. He is honoured to share his respect and love of this ancient culture with you and bring back the sacredness of these traditions.
The union of of drum journeying with the intentional and intimate experience of the spirit of the cacao plant is powerful. This medicine encourages our hearts to open, expand and heal; which allows a profound emotional release and connection to nature.
This beautiful euphoric sensation, paired with gentle movement, meditation and connection gives us space to become more embodied and embrace the earth below and the cosmic energy above. What a special way to spend our evening!
Thus, our evening will be spent sipping on cacao, a grounding and euphoric treat, relaxing in meditation, expanding and letting go in gentle yoga, journeying in drumming and setting the intention of connection with oneself, nature and loved ones.
Ginette’s passion for Yin Yoga, breathwork, Qigong, meditation and cacao will create a euphoric experience, awakening the mind body and spirit. This medicinal ceremony will open the door to our souls purpose, our true essence.
