After popular demand, Sam and Suchil Coffman will be back one more time to teach some fun interactive herbal medicine-making workshops filled with great things you can make for the holiday festivities while also supporting your health during the winter cold season!

From December 6-8, 2024, we will offer 9 different hands-on workshops in Salida, CO. Students can pick and choose from the available topics or take all 9 for a bundle discount.

Workshop #1: Making Herbal Glycerites: learn to create non-alcoholic herbal formulas that are effective and tasty medicine! Great for kids, elders & skeptics! Friday 10 am – 12 pm.
Workshop #2: Cold & Flu Herbs: Walk through the process of using elderberry and elderflower combinations for powerful winter wellness formulas that are great for kids too! Friday 12:30 – 2:30 pm.

Workshop #3: Herbal Chais and Lattes: Learn Suchil’s popular process of making amazing chai and lattes using herbs, aromatic spices, and more! Friday 3 pm – 5 pm.

Workshop #4: Don’t Get Stressed Workshop: We will teach you all about nervines that help manage and knock out stress and feelings of overwhelmed anxiety. Saturday 10am – 12 pm.

Workshop #5: Herbal Chocolate Workshop: Go home with a magical talent for making herbal chocolate creations that are unforgettable! Saturday 12:30 – 2:30 pm.

Workshop #6: The Herbal Pantry: Learn how to make delicious herbal honeys, compound butters & medicinal ghee blends that boost the immune system and are great for kids and elders! Saturday 3-5 pm.

Workshop #7: The Botanical Bath Workshop: Lets talk about herbal hydrotherapy and how you can easily make preparations that are soothing, restorative and healing. Sunday 10 am – 12 pm

Workshop #8: The Sore Muscle Workshop: We will teach you the secret of making a powerful herbal liniment that eases sore muscles, tight necks and painful joints.Sunday 12:30 – 2:30 pm.

Workshop #9: Become An Herbal Medic Workshop: Be ready for anything after this class that focuses on herbs that are a must-have in your first aid kit or home Ph*rm*cy! Sunday 3 – 5 pm

When: December 6-8th, 2024. Workshops will run from 10am to 5pm with 30 minute breaks between each.
