Jewellery Making | Copper Enamelling | StencillingSpend a morning, with Christine, creating your own copper enamelled jewellery with stencilling details.
During this relaxed workshop you will:
Learn some of the skills used in this ancient technique
Work with water based painting enamels on pre-enamelled copper shapes
Learn how to apply painting enamels in layers & add detail
You will learn how to add decoration and patterns to your jewellery, choosing from a wide range of pre cut stencils.
Use the kiln to fire your piece after each layer of enamel (Firing enamel takes moments, unlike firing ceramics, giving quick results)
Make a pendant, using pre-cut copper shapes
Choose to make either earrings, a brooch or a another pendant for your second piece
Your design will be fired during the workshop & your wearable design will be ready to take home with you!
This workshop is suitable for jewellery making beginners as well as those with some experience!
Cost: £58.50 to include, a warm welcome, tuition, materials, a hot drink & a slice of locally baked cake.

Time: 9am – 12 Noon
Good to Know:
There will be a selection of jewellery ‘findings’ available, to include sterling silver earring backs, hypo allergenic and clip on fittings etc, there will also be various cords & chains in different lengths.
Please do wear sensible shoes (not sandals)
