Join us for an evening of shared understanding and support as we discuss the multifaceted impacts of loss and grief, led by psychologist Tine Christensen.In this community-focused evening, we will explore the challenges and healing processes associated with different types of loss. This session is designed as a warm, engaging space for all of us to learn, share, and support each other. Whether directly affected by grief, curiosity, or supporting someone in their journey, you will find valuable insights and company in our gathering.
Together, we gain insights into how grief affects us physically, emotionally, and cognitively, and understand the wide-ranging impacts it can have on our lives. Furthermore, we’ll discuss not only the loss of loved ones but also other significant losses, such as the end of a relationship, career changes, or the loss of dreams, and how to approach these challenges. Finally, the floor will be open for you to share your experiences and questions, creating a dialogue that fosters community support and individual healing.
The event is organized by Tine Christensen. She holds an MSc in Psychology with specialized training in grief and loss. Her professional journey has been dedicated to the understanding of the multifaceted nature of grief and to the support of those navigating through it. She is working as a counsellor at MondoClinic Zug.
