This support circle is open to anyone coping with loss of any kind - whether the loss of a beloved person, an animal companion, or the quieter grief that comes with change, endings, and life transitions.No matter where you are on your healing journey - whether you feel overwhelmed by grief, unsure you’ll ever recover, or sense you may be ready to begin moving forward - this circle is for you. Led by Grace and Elaine, both of whom have experienced profound personal loss, this gathering offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space to share your thoughts and feelings or simply sit in the presence of others who understand.
This 75-minute intimate, in-person gathering offers gentle support and shared presence. You are welcome to speak, listen, or simply be held by the circle.
