This gentle, heart-centered gathering is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and find a sense of calm and balance during life’s challenges.
Through guided reflection, meditation, and kind conversation, you’ll explore how challenges can become opportunities for growth and healing.
You’ll also be invited to respond to a short writing prompt, so please bring paper and something to write with.Afterward, there will be time to share what you’ve written, if you’d like.
