Coping Skills Workshop
Join us for a group in-person workshop where you'll learn practical ways to handle stress and tough situations. This is your chance to pick up new coping skills that can make everyday life easier.
Learn to recognise stress, how you can positively cope and manage it to prevent burn out.
You will create and take home personal a wellness recovery action plan to refer back to, and be provided with resources and information about who you can contact if you need further support.
