The Oakland Better Birth Foundation invites you to learn about labor and delivery - relax, release, and find joy and strength as your child is born!
Join a supportive space to learn coping techniques, movement, breathwork and mindfulness for a more empowered experience. A transformative class for expectant moms, families and birthworkers.
Offered the last Thursday of each month until June:
April 24th, May 29th, and June 26th
