Hello COPA. We still need pool players, bowlers, Client sponsors, & volunteers!!
We are 1 week away from our biggest fund raiser of the year. The committee has done a
great job in putting this all together.
Come on Friday night Jan. 30th and play in the pool tournament. There will be live music
and food for everyone, along with drawings. This is a double elimination tournament with
trophies at the end of the evening. We will have food and desserts. There are still spots
available for players.
Saturday Jan. 31 is bowling a day, filled with fun, games and a lot of drawings, along with a
No -Tap bowling tournament. There will be a large silent auction, a bucket raffle, a $2500
and $300 raffle on Amazon cards plus 50/50 drawing. There will be trophies for the bowling
winners. There will be food and beverages for everyone.
This is a great event every year and raises money for 2 worthwhile charities. Don’t forget to
get in touch with Candy about any baskets you will be donating. If you have any small items
that we can use on the wheel for prizes that would be much appreciated.
We will need volunteers to man our games and hand out prizes. Also, we will be setting up
starting at 8:30 and tearing down right after the event concludes. If you can help with either,
please let us know.
