- Opening act, Justin Williams at 7 pm
Ticket price includes general admission seating for concerts including Cooper Alan and opening act, Justin Williams. Ticket also includes all fair activities that day ( carnival ride armband will be available to purchase through the carnival ). Tickets are Not Refundable. All events are rain or shine. No Rainchecks.
Does not include parking on Fair Grounds. Parking is $5 at the gate.

General Times:
- Gates open at 10 am
- Carnival rides start at 5 pm
- Concerts start at 7 pm
